Who we are
Legal advice that starts with your objective
Meridian Business Law is a law practice in central Sofia. We act for Bulgarian and international companies, founders, investors and private individuals.
Our work is concentrated in corporate and commercial law, tax structuring, real estate, contracts, litigation, and cross-border investment. A large share of our clients are planning to invest, trade, buy property or settle in Bulgaria, and need someone on the ground who can see the whole picture.
We do not consider a legal opinion to be the end product. The real job is to understand what the client is trying to achieve, spot the legal and practical risks on the way, and propose a solution that actually fits their business and personal plans.

Corporate & commercial
From choosing the right vehicle to running and reshaping it: partner and shareholder relations, share transfers, management changes, capital increases and reductions, reorganisations and ongoing corporate housekeeping. We also prepare and negotiate commercial contracts and larger transactions so that the paperwork matches how the business will really operate.

Tax is part of the design of a business, not an afterthought. We look at the tax effect of different business models and transactions, cross-border activity and the split of functions and risks between related companies — working alongside accountants and tax advisers when the matter calls for it.
